Rowsnap is an iOS app made by Minh Nguyen, an individual developer based in Vietnam. By using it you agree to these terms.
Rowsnap is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as set out in Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in full except where these terms are more specific.
Check the numbers before you rely on them. Rowsnap reads printed tables using on-device text recognition. It is good, but it is not perfect: faint printing, unusual layouts, handwriting, glare and heavy skew can all produce wrong or missing values.
You are responsible for reviewing any spreadsheet it produces before using it for accounting, tax, expenses or any other purpose where accuracy matters. Rowsnap is a tool for saving typing, not a substitute for checking your own figures.
Your scans and spreadsheets are yours. They stay on your device — see the Privacy Policy. We have no access to them and therefore cannot recover them for you if they are lost, so keep your own backups of anything important.
Do not use Rowsnap to break the law, or to copy documents you have no right to copy.
Rowsnap is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
